The Hematology Marketing Enablement Manager is a crucial role to ensure successful execution of our Peer-to-Peer engagements for the Pfizer Hematology portfolio, working alongside our Thought Leader Engagement Leads (TLELs) and Peer to Peer Marketing Directors for successful and compliant execution of our KOL engagements.

 

This individual will be the contracting execution lead and Peer to Peer engagement tracking for all hematology and will support operational needs for two priority brands at Pfizer, ADCETRIS and ELREXFIO. This will include end-to-end contracting with our MEETs team and leveraging the Navigator+ system to ensure seamless KOL engagements.

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for end‑to‑end execution of Navigator+ contracting for all commercial Peer‑to‑Peer engagements across U.S. Hematology.

  • Serve as the primary operational partner to the MEETs team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of KOL engagements.

  • Enable a ONE‑Pfizer engagement model by integrating the needs of TLELs, Marketing, and customer‑facing teams into a consistent, streamlined process.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and guidelines for Opinion Leader and key stakeholder engagement in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of U.S. Hematology Opinion Leader and Key Stakeholder lists, including engagement tracking and reporting.

  • Coordinate and support U.S. speaker programs and symposia, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to compliance requirements.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Key Account Teams, Community Engagement, Patient Affairs, Policy, Communications, and Medical to support execution of P2P activities.

  • Ensure operating procedures are established, documented, and followed, reinforcing Pfizer’s commitment to integrity, compliance, and quality.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated strength in operational execution, organization, and process management

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed, cross‑functional teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an audience‑focused mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders

  • Experience enabling others and guiding workstreams to deliver measurable business outcomes

Work Location Assignment:  This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week or more as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,000.00 to $171,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
