Position Summary
You will lead the hematology franchise for our Cluster (trade and tender) channel in Chile Peru & Ecuador. You will set commercial strategy, grow access and ensure financial performance across public and private channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including marketing, finance, supply, medical, and commercial colleagues across the cluster. Your Responsibilities:
The Hematology Franchise Manager will lead the strategic planning, marketing, and sales efforts for our hematology portfolio. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, launching new products, developing the sales force, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth while effectively managing the budget.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Develop and implement strategic business plans for the hematology franchise.
Lead and manage the hematology sales team.
Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Lead the launch of new hematology products, indications and line extensions, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
Develop and train the sales force to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
Coordinate actions and resources to include hematology products in private and public baskets in Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other commercial careers.
Experience of launch preparation and successful launch of Hematology products.
Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, all focused in driving business performance.
Business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically, quickly appreciate the differing perspectives in each situation and achieve the best possible.
Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in marketing or Sales.
