What this opportunity involves:

Lead a dynamic team of Helpdesk professionals in delivering exceptional technical support services. This Help Desk Supervisor role focuses on team development and ensuring consistent achievement of client service standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and manage a team of 8+ Helpdesk Operators, providing daily leadership and operational guidance
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed client-established goals, efficiency metrics, and service level agreements
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies
  • Analyse individual operator performance data to develop customised development plans for underperforming team members

What we're looking for:

Looking for an experienced team leader with helpdesk knowledge and management skills to drive exceptional service delivery.

  • 1-2 years management experience in customer service environment with an interest or background in helpdesk and property management.
  • Strong analytical and PC skills
  • Experience with call distribution systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools
