About the Opportunity
We are developing a Canada‑wide talent pipeline of Epic Clinical consultants to support current and upcoming Epic projects across hospitals, provincial health authorities, and regional healthcare partners. This includes work related to implementations, optimizations, upgrades, integration, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
We are connecting with Epic‑certified professionals for both active needs and upcoming engagements, ranging from project‑based assignments to full‑time roles. By joining our Epic Talent Network, you will be considered for a variety of initiatives supporting system performance, workflow modernization, interoperability, and data‑driven improvements across the Canadian healthcare landscape.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced, Canada‑based Epic consultants with certification and hands‑on build experience in one or more key Clinicals applications, including:
Epic ASAP
Epic Beacon
Epic ClinDoc
Epic Cupid
Epic Lumens
Epic OpTime / Anesthesia
Epic Orders
Epic Radiant
Epic Stork
Care Coordination or Care Everywhere (as applicable)
Experience supporting Canadian healthcare environments, such as provincial health authorities, hospitals, and regional health systems, is required.
What You’ll Do
Depending on future project alignment, responsibilities may include:
Leading or supporting Epic Clinicals build, testing, validation, optimization, and upgrade cycles
Translating clinical workflows into scalable Epic configurations that support Canadian care delivery models
Partnering with clinical stakeholders—including nursing, providers, clinical leaders, and specialty teams
Supporting new implementations, workflow redesign, and enterprise‑level optimization efforts
Ensuring alignment with Canadian clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Participating in design sessions, integrated workgroups, and clinical workflow discussions
What You Bring
Current Epic certification in one or more Clinicals applications (Required)
Experience with Epic implementation or optimization projects
Strong understanding of inpatient, perioperative, ED, and/or specialty workflows
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical operations, IT teams, and leadership
Experience with SmartTools, Ordersets, Navigators, clinical decision support, or related build
Located in Canada and/or eligible to work for Canadian-based engagements without sponsorship
