Join us for an in-person hiring event and interview with our team for several opportunities supporting the Institute for Neurosciences at Capital Health.

Positions Featured at This Event

📍 Medical Assistant I – Full Time (Day)

Pay: $18.57 – $24.00 per hour

Assist providers with patient care and clinical workflows in a fast-paced outpatient specialty practice.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification

  • Either:

    • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or

    • At least 2 years of direct patient care experience

📍 Patient Reception Representative – Full Time (Day)

Pay: $17.00 – $20.64 per hour

Serve as the first point of contact for patients, supporting front desk operations, scheduling, and patient check-in.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

📍 Surgical Scheduler – Full Time (Day)

Pay: $18.57 – $23.23 per hour

Coordinate surgical procedures, communicate with providers and patients, and manage scheduling logistics.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of medical scheduling, surgical scheduling, or healthcare administrative experience
