HEALTHCARE CONSUMER MANAGER, VACCINES
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Healthcare consumer manager to drive the execution of brand marketing plans across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The primary focus will be on activating campaigns for the lay public, developing projects and activations that increase disease awareness and promote our vaccination portfolio. This role serves as a vital link between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across teams and countries, highlighting synergies, and maximizing the effectiveness of campaign adaptations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand marketing plans in close alignment with Brand Managers across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Develop tactial plans, and implement public-facing campaigns and activations to increase disease awareness and vaccination uptake.
- Act as the connection between strategy and execution, ensuring smooth translation of strategic objectives into impactful initiatives.
- Manage complex projects within the constraints of the pharmaceutical environment, finding practical solutions in a highly regulated industry.
- Lead the development of digital campaigns together with digital and brand manager, including optimization and new digital activations such as influencer collaborations, social media campaigns, and innovative online initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Brand Managers, Digital Manager, Sales Managers, Medical Representatives, Medical Approvers, and Customer-Facing teams) to coordinate campaign execution.
- Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet objectives, deadlines, and budget expectations.
- Ensure campaigns are effectively adapted for each country while maintaining synergies and maximizing efficiency.
- Identify innovative engagement opportunities that resonate with the lay public and enhance health literacy.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate and align expectations with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare marketing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Approx. 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, brand activation, or campaign management.
- Proven experience managing complex projects.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including campaign optimization, social media, influencer marketing, and innovative digital activations.
- Experienced in managing agencies to deliver expected results efficiently.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in priority management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to connect strategy with execution and drive collaboration and strong ability to work in cross functional teams in matrix structure.
- Creative thinking with a passion for public health awareness.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements for marketing campaigns is benefit not a must
