The Role:

• Providing personal care and emotional support to service users
• Supporting individuals with daily activities and promoting independence
• Ensuring dignity, respect, and compassion in every interaction
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For:

• A caring nature and a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (QQI Level 5 or equivalent)
• Car driver preferred
• Previous experience is welcome
