Health & Value Access Manager (6 Months Secondment)

What You Will Achieve

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies that integrate pricing, reimbursement, and health economic modeling. Your expertise will ensure fair and effective reimbursement systems while driving market uptake through strategic stakeholder engagement.

  • Formulate and implement thorough Market Access strategies by merging pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modeling activities.

  • Develop and lead/ co-lead complex projects and cross-functional teams to establish and execute market access priorities and strategies.

  • Craft a cohesive approach to the payer value proposition from early development stages through to post-loss of exclusivity (LOE)

  • Maintain the public and private payer value proposition.

  • Conduct strategic consumer insights studies to optimize product reimbursement plans.

  • Provide recommendations on pricing, access strategies, payer strategy, evidence generation, data collection, and value proposition, considering market archetypes and lifecycle stages.

  • Support collaboration with medical and HTA hub.

  • Proactively engage with external stakeholders to communicate the value proposition of therapeutic area drugs and medical devices.

  • Develop efficient processes and collaborative ways of working with key internal stakeholders, including medical and health outcomes teams.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BA/BS with 5+ years of experience, or MBA/MS with 3+ years of experience, or PhD/JD with 1+ years of experience

  • Experience leading projects, managing workstreams and small teams of cross-functional colleagues with varying backgrounds and skillsets

  • Demonstrated experience influencing key stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and ability to develop recommendations for decision-making or action

  • Proven ability to partner and work collaboratively in a highly matrix environment

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Master's degree combined with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Expertise in pricing and reimbursement strategies.

  • Knowledge of health technology assessment processes

  • Experience developing and implementing market access strategies.

  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

  

Work Location Assignment: Hybrid (some office presence is required)
