We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to ensure the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards at our Naucalpan facility. This role requires mastery of relevant technologies and the ability to provide expert support for site-related issues, engineering projects, and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with legal obligations related to health, safety, and the environment at the Naucalpan plant.
Develop and implement HSE standards and protocols.
Establish an auditing process to ensure the ongoing maintenance of systems.
Provide coaching and support to various departments to promote continuous improvement and ensure a safe working environment.
Design and deploy training programs based on legal requirements and current regulations to inform all employees about safety practices.
Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to address HSE issues and contribute to HSE governance within the organization.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Mastery of HSE technologies with 3 years of experience
Knowledge of legal obligations regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.
English level B2
Experience in developing training programs.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to promote a culture of safety.
Collaborative mindset to work with different teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in auditing HSE systems.
