ROLE SUMMARY
The Health Manager Projects is a unique role, aligned with the Go-To-Market model of the commercial categories/teams that covers both elements of Customer Facing (CF) and Commercial activities and events. The Health Manager Projects supports the category in the development and implementation of the I4G portfolio in each of the categories strategical and tactical plans and for the identified CF activities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for customer-facing projects to optimize the customer experience; identifying opportunities, managing risks, and making timely decisions
Leading execution and implementation of defined projects to ensure great customer experience and evaluation thereof e.g. lead the organization of symposia, sponsorships, events and actively engage with external stakeholders like HCPs, Nurses or agencies to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Meets the pre-defined engagement targets and KPIs
Shares proactively customer insights
Managing budget allocated to assigned projects
Supports with omnichannel execution, customer programs, key account plans as well as implementation of activities throughout the product life cycle
Supporting customer facing team in developing and implementing strategies and action plans to drive positive outcomes and continuous growth
Proactively managing ad-hoc category issues (compliance, audit preparation)
Will act as back up for the peer Health Manager Projects in the Category and/or other categories and will therefore need to be aligned
Ensure customer management and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated to ensure an accurate record is always available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of working experience or master’s degree and 3+ years of working experience
Strong project management experience and solid track record of delivering on project goals
Experience with digital and omnichannel strategy and implementation
In depth knowledge of therapeutic area
Planning and organizational excellence
Learning mindset combined with business and marketing acumen
Strong relational skills – ability to build and maintain relationships with different types/levels of stakeholders
Proven track record of working collaboratively with others across functions in a matrix environment
Strong Communication Skills in both Dutch and English
Driving license
Decisive, result driven, solution oriented, proactive, can-do mentality, seizes accountability, agile
