Position Summary
The Health Coach Dietitian supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based coaching. This role combines clinical expertise in dietetics with a passion for empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
Required Qualifications
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Registered Dietician Licensure required in the state of residence if applicable
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Upon hire, required to obtain licensure in multiple states where members reside (CVS will support the cost of required licensure)
5+ years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team
5+ years of experience with weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, and healthy lifestyle behavior change
5+ years of coaching experience
Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency to navigate internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms such as Teams and or Zoom
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,597.00 - $101,228.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
