What You’ll Do
The Operations and Quality Specialist plays a central role in strengthening health center performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth operations across all PPLM sites. They work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes, enhance frontoffice efficiency, and assist with onboarding nonlicensed staff. The role also provides key project management support, helping leaders prepare for audits, accreditation reviews, and the rollout of medical standards and guidelines. This specialist ensures that policies and procedures are clearly communicated, consistently implemented, and reinforced across locations. Success in the position requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and comfort collaborating with diverse teams while traveling between centers.

This is a hybrid role, with a typical schedule of two remote days and three in-office days each week across our service area, which includes four health centers in Boston, Worcester, Marlborough, and Springfield. In-office days are generally planned in advance, with occasional adjustments based on training needs, coverage, or operational priorities.
