You will lead the conversion of bank-generated leads into sustainable GI sales growth, ensuring Insurance is embedded seamlessly into LBG customer journeys.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maximise conversion of bank‑generated leads through digital, app, branch, telephony, and assisted sales journeys.
  • Embed GI propositions into core bank customer journeys, using customer insight and behavioural data.
  • Act as the senior GI interface to Consumer Relationships leadership, positioning GI as a core driver of customer value.

Channel Strategy

  • Own the GI trading strategy across Bancassurance, Corporate Partners, and Aggregators.
  • Maintain GI market share, whilst setting clear channel roles and priorities, protecting and strengthening bank‑led opportunities.
  • Provide executive‑level insight on trading performance, market dynamics, and risks.

Digital, Marketing & Insight

  • Lead digital sales optimisation, particularly within bank‑owned channels.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Use advanced data and analytics to find opportunities, diagnose performance, and drive action.

Leadership & Governance

  • Operate as a senior leader, engaging with and influencing outcomes across Consumer Relationships and Lending, GI Platform and IP&I Support Teams
  • Provide exceptional leadership to the team, mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues to deliver high performance.
  • Lead large‑scale change and transformation to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Ensure trading activity delivers strong customer outcomes, aligned to Consumer Duty and regulatory expectations.

What we’re looking for?

  • 10 + years Deep Bancassurance expertise with a proven track record of converting bank‑generated demand.
  • Strong understanding of bank distribution models and customer journeys.
  • Proven digital sales and marketing capability.
