What will you work on?
As the Head of Toy Finance, you will serve as the senior financial leader and strategic partner for Spin Master’s ~$2B global toy business. Sitting at the center of our commercial strategy, you will partner directly with executive leaders across the Toy Creative Center, Supply Chain, and global markets to drive profitable growth, optimize operations, and enhance portfolio performance. This is a high-impact role blending commercial finance, global P&L ownership, and long-range strategic planning.
How will you create impact?
Serve as the lead financial advisor to Toy Creative Center leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide product decisions, market expansion, and portfolio optimization.
Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning (LRP) processes for the global toy business.
Oversee financial performance for a multi-billion-dollar global business, leading performance reviews to identify growth drivers and optimize spend.
Evaluate M&A opportunities and assess ROI for new product launches and innovation investments.
Advise on key operational levers, including inventory health, shipping costs, and factory utilization.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable financial plans, driving alignment between global headquarters and key international markets.
Ensure accurate, scalable financial reporting and partner with peers to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Lead, build, and develop a large, globally distributed finance organization, driving accountability across a complex, matrixed structure.
What are your skills and experience?
Progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
Proven experience managing a large-scale P&L (~$1B+) within consumer goods or a similar industry.
A strong track record of owning FP&A cycles (budget, forecast, long-range planning) at scale.
Experience operating across multi-national markets, particularly North America and international regions.
A background in consumer products, toys, or trend-driven industries is highly preferred.
