Head of Technology & Innovation (w/m/x)

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die zentrale Verantwortung für die Verzahnung von Technologie, AI und Innovation – und wirkst als Multiplikator über Industrien, Accounts und globale Einheiten hinweg. Du bewegst dich im direkten Umfeld von CTOs und Top-Management unserer Kunden und gestaltest ihre technologische Ausrichtung von morgen.
Deine Mission
- Du entwickelst und orchestrierst eine ganzheitliche Technologie- und Innovationsstrategie mit Fokus auf AI, Foresight und skalierbare Geschäftsmodelle
- Du etablierst und steuerst eine starke CTO Community zur Förderung von Technologie-Exzellenz und Wissenstransfer über Industrien hinweg
- Du unterstützt aktiv die GTM-Ausrichtung für AI und stellst die Alignment von Portfolio, Industrien und globalen Einheiten sicher
- Du identifizierst, bewertest und operationalisierst Emerging Technologies (insb. AI, Cloud, Infrastruktur und Quantum Computing) in konkrete Business Opportunities
- Du verantwortest Technology Foresight & Futures, entwickelst Szenarien und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsfelder ab
- Du initiierst und steuerst internationale Innovations- und Co-Innovation-Initiativen mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
- Du positionierst Technologie gezielt als strategischen Wachstumstreiber und Differenzierungsfaktor im Markt
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Governance-Strukturen für Technologie- und Innovationsentscheidungen auf globaler Ebene
- Du wirkst dabei mit neue Buying Center und strategische Zugänge zu C-Level Entscheidern aufzubauen und entwickelst bestehende weiter
- Du verantwortest die Skalierung von Innovationen – von der Idee über Prototypen bis zur globalen Umsetzung
- Du steuerst zentrale Formate wie CTO-Communities, GenAI Alignments und globale Reviews zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Wirkung
- Du wirkst als Sparringspartner:in für Top-Management und Industry CTOs und setzt gezielt Impulse für Transformation
Dein Skillset
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung im Executive- und Senior Leadership Umfeld mit direkter Nähe zu C-Level Stakeholdern
- Du bringst tiefgehendes Know-how in AI, Cloud und digitalen Plattformen sowie deren strategischer Nutzung mit
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Technologie- und Innovationsstrategien auf globaler Ebene erzielt
- Du verstehst es, komplexe Organisationen zu orchestrieren und unterschiedliche Stakeholder in Einklang zu bringen
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Moderation von Communities (z. B. CTO, Expertennetzwerke)
- Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz und bringst ein starkes unternehmerisches Mindset mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Go-to-Market Strategien, insbesondere im Kontext von Innovations- und Technologiethemen
- Du überzeugst durch exzellente Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management auf internationaler Ebene
- Du bringst Erfahrung in Foresight, Innovation Management und Co-Innovation-Ansätzen mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Transformation, Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Hands-on Erfahrung in Prototyping, Innovation Labs oder MVP-Entwicklung
- Du kommunizierst souverän auf Executive-Level und trittst als Impulsgeber:in und Thought Leader auf
