We are seeking a Head of Tech, Core Applications to lead the development, and continuous improvement of our core applications serving Prudential markets. The ideal candidate will be working closely with engineering, business, and operations teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-centric technology solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for product excellence, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps
