The role in a nutshell:

To build a world-class employer brand that attracts top talent and creates a culture of high engagement. This role ensures that the promise made during recruitment (Brand) is delivered through the day-to-day employee experience (Culture), reducing early-stage attrition and maximising brand advocacy.

Your mission will be:

  • Evolve our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to stand out in competitive markets, specifically tailoring our hook for tech/professional landscapes.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to move from reactive hiring to proactive talent pipelining, ensuring we have a warm bench of candidates for critical growth roles.

  • Design the onboarding experience (Days 1–90) in lockstep with the growth pillar, ensuring new hires are culturally aligned and technically ready to hit time to productivity targets.
  • Lead the pulse engagement survey strategy. Translate employee voice data into actionable culture initiatives that drive retention and engagement.
  • Integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into the core attraction and experience strategies to ensure we are accessing and retaining the widest possible talent pools in our core markets.

  • Quality of Hire: Performance ratings of new hires at the 6-month mark.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Improving the company's "Employer of Choice" status on regional platforms and within local tech communities.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience & Leadership

  • Minimum of 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or People Operations, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or "Head of" capacity.
  • Proven experience in a high-velocity tech or professional services environment is essential.

  • Ability to adapt the Employer Value Proposition to resonate with diverse cultural nuances, compensation expectations, and benefit priorities unique to the African and SEA regions.

  • Experience operationalising Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment funnel and the broader employee lifecycle.

- Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to interpret complex people analytics (Pulse scores, Glassdoor sentiment, time-to-productivity) to drive executive-level decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of modern ATS platforms, CRM tools for talent pipelining, and engagement platforms.
  • Experience designing end-to-end Onboarding Programs that focus on both cultural immersion and technical enablement.

- Core Competencies

  • The ability to challenge and advise executives on culture and talent strategy.
