This key role aims to adapt and drive the Global Sourcing and Recruitment Strategy locally to support Concentrix’s vision and growth. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition - French Region and dotted line to the People Solutions Director Morocco.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Define and lead the recruitment strategy in line with business challenges and adapt it to the specificities of regions, clients, and professions
- Implement, optimize, and supervise the recruitment process: sourcing, qualification, interviews, collective session facilitation, onboarding of new recruits
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality candidate experience by evaluating their satisfaction and continuously improving the process
- Establish performance indicators to track and measure the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment
- Manage and upskill the Talent Acquisition Morocco team.
- Assist operational staff in recruiting their teams and advise them within the current process
- Organize and optimize the recruitment process: sourcing, qualification, interviews, collective session facilitation, onboarding of new recruits;
- Develop and manage a talent pool to anticipate future needs and improve recruitment responsiveness
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimize processes
- Promote the employer brand through events and partnerships (ANAPEC, OFPPT, universities, forums)
Candidate Profile:
Significant experience managing a talent acquisition function across multiple sites, responsible for high volume hiring within the contact centre industry
• Ability to interpret and analyse recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), with a proven ability to deliver clear presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Proven ability to lead team in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employee
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team
• Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
• Demonstrated talent with critical thinking; ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
