We seek a visionary Head of Strategic Healthcare Provider Solutions & Engagement to lead the development and execution of comprehensive, innovative solutions for provider groups such as large group practices and private equity-owned entities. Reporting to the US General Manager, Dupixent Rhinology/Gastro/Allergy the role will spearhead partnerships that integrate digital innovations, operational efficiencies, and value-based services, positioning Sanofi as the go-to partner with the opportunity to shape the future of pharma-provider collaboration and improve patient care. The vision is to improve access and quality of care through the responsible use of technology and innovation
The role will lead a team and work in close collaboration with brand marketing, sales and transversal partners such as patient support services and digital teams.
This role will focus on developing deliver beyond-the-drug solutions addressing unmet needs of physicians, patients, and caregivers aligned with business objectives to deliver measurable impact at specific points in the patient journey such as:
Earlier Detection: Accelerate diagnosis and facilitate care coordination
Clinical Decision Support: Help HCPs choose the right treatment for the right patient at the right time & right dose
Remote Patient Management: Enable HCPs and patients/caregivers to stay connected between appointments
Adherence & Symptom Management: Enable patients to track and manage symptoms and derive maximum treatment benefit

To execute these customer tailored solutions and establish long term partnerships, you collaborate across diverse cross functional teams to bring together capabilities across digital, medical, market access, patient advocacy and third-party vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
Connect brand imperatives with customer and patient journey insights (current and predicted needs) to identify short and long term go to market opportunities for key customers and large provider groups
Develop tailored value creation opportunities and partnership proposals that integrate solution offerings from across Sanofi’s cross functional capabilities, including Medical, Digital, PSS, Market Access and Patient Advocacy
Build and maintain C-suite relationships with KOLs/provider groups/practices and academic centers to uncover partnership opportunities and co-create tailored solutions; also maintain relationships with patient and advocacy groups to understand unmet needs to improved patient care
Actively monitor and screen the external innovation landscape to identify potential digital health/operational partners we can work with to deliver cutting-edge solutions for provider groups
Build and execute a roadmap for growth opportunities creating outcomes-based feedback loops to monitor performance and enable iterative learning and continuous improvement. Incorporate these metrics into business reviews for internal and external customers.
Create content, including tailored pitch decks, that will resonate with executive level leaders at key customer accounts (eg. Large private equity owned groups)
Support brand planning processes providing insights, customer and market, and partner play to win opportunities
Provide input on rationale and decisions on pricing, positioning, promotion, distribution, market research, regulatory and other topics which impact partnership opportunities
Collaborate with transversal partners to ensure alignment of partnership imperatives across the value chain
Create a stakeholder strategy to showcase best practice collaboration examples, via white papers, webinars, podcasts and industry association meetings to establish Sanofi as a partner of choice
Hire and build a high-performing team
About You
Basic Qualifications:
BS in business administration or life sciences required
10-15 years experience in pharmaceutical, private equity operating role, digital health, payer/provider sector
Proven track record scaling digital health or service innovations and demonstrated ability to apply digital solutions to deliver on healthcare provider / patient needs
Experience and desire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or masters
15+ years in healthcare/pharma, with 7+ years in provider partnerships or solutions strategy or digital health entrepreneurial experience; direct operational experience with large group practices and PE-owned entities preferred
Strong financial acumen and understanding of PE-models of provider groups
Experience working in or with large Integrated Health Systems, Group Purchase Organizations, Physician Buying Groups, Payor organizations with understanding of operations
Previous healthcare/management consulting experience ideally with implementation experience
Strong operational understanding of provider groups and patient services/drug fulfilment
Executive presence with expertise in value-based care, digital transformation, and contract negotiations.
Exceptional business acumen, strategic agility, strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities and abilities
Demonstrated breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including; the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The salary range for this position is:
$232,500.00 - $335,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
