About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

About the Team

This role sits within Mammoth Brands’ Global Finance organization, which spans FP&A, Supply Chain Finance,  Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Strategy across North America, the UK, and Germany. The team operates as a strategic partner to the Mammoth Brands commercial businesses and supports our corporate teams.

About the Role

The Head of Strategic Finance is a new role on the Mammoth Brands finance leadership team, based in New York City. Reporting directly to the Mammoth Brands CFO, Jeff Lipkin, this person will serve as a trusted partner across some of our most important financial decisions — from capital markets and financing and M&A execution to external investor positioning/story telling, Board material generation along with driving ad hoc Mammoth Brands CEO-driven growth initiatives.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and strategy: equally comfortable building a detailed financial model and presenting to a board, managing investment banking relationships and drafting an S-1. You will help shape how Mammoth Brands tells its financial story externally, execute transactions end to end, and support the company’s path toward becoming a publicly-listed company.

We are looking for a candidate with deep technical finance expertise, strong judgment, and the ownership mentality to operate with significant autonomy in a high-stakes environment — with ambitions to grow and expand into a larger leadership role over time. This person is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary.

What You Will Accomplish

Capital Markets & Financing

  • Support debt and equity financing activities, including equity raises and refinancing
  • Lead the execution of  S-1 drafting and IPO preparation as Mammoth Brands works toward public readiness
  • Optimize leverage, liquidity, and interest rate exposure across the capital structure
  • Define and manage FX strategy to mitigate risk and support global operations
  • Manage investment banking relationships in close partnership with our CFO
  • Own external-facing positioning materials, including investor presentations and management presentations

M&A Support

  • Drive M&A execution support alongside our CFO and CGO
  • Support pro forma P&L, valuation, and balance sheet analysis for transactions
  • Lead inbound and reverse due diligence for strategic M&A and investor conversations

BOD & Executive Support

  • Drive execution of Board of Directors and investor materials
  • Support Mammoth Brands’ Accelerator analysis and related investment evaluation
  • Own capital structure optimization on an ongoing basis
  • Execute ad hoc growth and capitalization projects from the CEO
  • Own corporate development activities for Mammoth Brands, including helping evaluate partnership and JV opportunities with a financial and strategic lens

This Should Describe You

  • A seasoned finance professional. You have 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with deep expertise in M&A execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring. Wide ranging transaction experience is a requirement.
  • Experienced in capital markets. You have worked on equity raises, debt financings, and/or IPO preparation, including hands-on experience with S-1 drafting and external financing documents.
  • A strong external communicator. You have owned investor-facing materials — management presentations, investor decks, positioning documents — and are comfortable translating complex financial analysis into clear executive narratives. You are a good storyteller.
  • A trusted partner to senior leadership. You work well on cross functional projects and are comfortable operating at the CFO and CEO level on a daily basis.
  • Highly autonomous and accountable. At this level, you operate almost entirely independently — you spot gaps, preempt problems, and drive work from idea to execution without being asked. You are the clear point of accountability for your work with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic and deeply analytical. You set strategy and get buy-in on big decisions. You scope work that has company-wide implications, execute at a high level of quality and speed, and are never satisfied with the status quo.
  • A creative problem-solver with resilience. You navigate complex, ambiguous situations with calm and focus. You take calculated risks and build new approaches when things don’t go as planned.
  • Direct and humble. You share a POV when you have one and know when to listen. You give and receive feedback openly, in all directions, and demonstrate genuine trust and respect for cross-functional partners.
  • Based in New York City (or willing to relocate). You are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our SoHo headquarters.
