To support the continued growth of our Offshore Wind and Railway business, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Offshore Wind and Railway sales team and drive opportunities with some of the world’s leading offshore wind and rail players.
In this highly visible role, you will help shape the energy transition by leading the Offshore Wind and Railway sales team, setting targets, and building strong client relationships to maximize performance. You will coach and develop the team and work directly with customers and partners across the European region to meet targets and exceed expectations.
How you'll make an impact
Develop and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies for Offshore Wind and Railway.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed KPIs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Own the sales pipeline: forecast, monitor performance, and report results to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Your background
5+ years of sales experience, preferably including leadership responsibility.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
Self-driven leader who can engage, develop, and empower the team.
Proactive, energetic, and open in your way of working.
Comfortable managing a broad network of business stakeholders.
B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong learning mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Knowledge of protection and control, automation, and communication systems is an advantage.
Experience in international business; offshore wind and/or and railway background is considered a benefit.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
