Role Summary

We are seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance (PCF-12 & PCF-14) to join Payoneer Europe Limited in Dublin, Ireland. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping, implementing, and overseeing the company’s risk and compliance framework in alignment with Irish and EU regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has deep regulatory expertise, extensive experience interacting with the Central Bank of Ireland, and a proven ability to foster a strong compliance culture while enabling business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk and compliance policies, procedures, and standards for Payoneer Europe Limited in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory authorities, overseeing regulatory inquiries and ensuring timely implementation of recommendations

  • Represent Payoneer Europe Limited in internal and external audits and execute follow-up actions as necessary

  • Serve as the primary regulatory and compliance liaison with banking partners and industry bodies, aligning efforts with company strategic goals

  • Prepare and deliver both oral and written compliance and risk reporting internally and externally, ensuring timely submission of mandatory regulatory reports

  • Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry changes, advising senior leadership and the Board proactively

  • Maintain oversight and control of outsourced functions to ensure ongoing compliance with Irish and EU regulations

  • Build and strengthen cross-company relationships, foster a risk-aware culture, and contribute to the continued enhancement of the Global Compliance Program

 

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within regulated financial services organizations

  • Direct experience in a PCF-12 and/or PCF-14 role

  • Proven experience working with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory bodies

  • Strong knowledge of Irish and EU financial services regulations and the broader regulatory landscape

  • A fast learner with a strong bias toward action and ownership

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address ambiguity and identify root causes

  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all organizational levels

  • Highly organized with excellent time management, prioritization skills, and strong attention to detail
