Requirements

Responsibility for Risk, Pensions, New Business and US Client Services teams that deliver work to Corporate, Asset Management, SME and SBS consultants and clients.

Leading with a growth mindset, acting as a champion for change, strategic thinking and continuous improvement are all essential features of the role.

The successful applicant must have a proven:

  • Optimistic, motivational, and can-do approach.
  • Ability to attract and retain talent and nurture this with a view to creating future experts, managers and consultants.
  • Successful track record in managing multiple teams across risk, health and pensions.
  • Background of Client Services in an Employee Benefits consultancy. 
  • Experience of consulting to clients of all sizes.

A measure of success will be consideration to the flow of work through key stages of delivery, as monitored and reported via dashboards on a monthly basis.  Aside from where there are exceptional circumstances, work should stay within agreed acceptable days in stage.
