Are you our new Head of Real Estate Marketing & Sales?

As a Head of Real Estate Marketing & Sales at Intrum in Athens, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional real estate services and strategic commercial results. You will drive the overall go-to-market strategy for property sales activities and shape the direction of large-scale real estate portfolio initiatives. 

What will you do:

  • Design and implement the commercial strategy for sales activities, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead, coach and motivate the Marketing & Sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the full lead management process (inbound & outbound), ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement and maximized conversion rates
  • Review and validate sales/lease proposals along with all supporting material before submission to the competent Committees, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with real estate agents nationwide, setting performance expectations, monitoring results and identifying new collaboration opportunities
  • Contribute to REO Business Plan preparation, participating in strategic discussions, forecasting and market analysis
  • Drive marketing, brand awareness and media initiatives, including digital campaigns, property promotions, and external communications to strengthen Intrum REO’s market presence

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Extensive professional experience in real estate sales and portfolio management, including prior exposure to managerial responsibilities
  • Excellent command of MS Office 
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Deep knowledge of the Greek real estate market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and ability to manage complex projects
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
