About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Quant COO (CIB Business Management Director) in Corporate & Investment Banking as part of COO supporting Markets. This role provides executive-level operational leadership for the front office quantitative platform across Markets and CIB.
The Head of Quant COO serves as a key interface between Quantitative Analytics, Trading, Risk, and governance forums to ensure strong business performance while maintaining regulatory and control discipline. Beyond maintaining “run-the-bank” stability, this role partners with senior leadership to advance “change-the-bank” initiatives, including the coordination and integration of quantitative functions into a more unified oversight and operating framework.
