Excellence in manufacturing starts with an uncompromising commitment to quality, which is why we are looking for an experienced Head of Quality to lead and refine our quality assurance processes.

As Head of Quality based at our world class manufacturing facility in Lesotho, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding product integrity, ensuring that every garment meets strict quality standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, refining processes and mentoring teams to uphold precision and consistency in production.

Beyond having a deep understanding of garment construction and manufacturing best practices, you will track quality metrics, provide clear and actionable reports, and resolve challenges that impact production efficiency.

As our Head of Quality, your key responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement quality standards to ensure excellence in garment manufacturing.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align quality assurance with business objectives.
• Oversee raw material testing and process optimization to enhance product integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Lead training initiatives to develop expertise within QA/QC teams and factory leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manufacturing best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on equipment and production processes to maintain quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Extensive experience with an understanding of garment and pattern construction.
• A brilliant eye for detail.
• Be familiar with international Auditing systems (e.g AQL sampling).
• Able to interpret and write detailed specifications for CMT and internal manufacturing requirements.
• Obsessed with excellence and attention to detail.
• Works accurately and efficiently under pressure and has a sense of urgency.
• Someone assertive who holds everyone accountable to their commitments.
• Gets to the root causes of problems when they occur and devises workable solutions.
