You will lead the strategic vision for the Global CAPEX Portfolio, establishing a world-class framework to ensure rigorous governance across all engineering and infrastructure projects.
You will instill a "No Surprises" culture by enforcing unified gated-process lifecycles and standardized project execution protocols on a global scale.
You will oversee the implementation of sophisticated controls for high-level scheduling, cost forecasting, and quantitative risk management to safeguard project delivery.
You will serve as the architect of our digital transformation roadmap, transitioning manual project tracking into integrated, real-time Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
You will provide executive leadership with a "single source of truth" through advanced portfolio reporting and dashboards that highlight critical path health and financial exposure.
You will manage a global estimating and benchmarking function to ensure project business cases are grounded in high-fidelity, market-validated data.
You will act as a primary change agent, bridging the gap between governance and project enablement to drive continuous improvement and predictive analytics capabilities.
You possess more than 15 years of experience in heavy industry or large-scale CAPEX environments, such as Pharmaceuticals, Energy, or Infrastructure.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-billion dollar portfolios across diverse and complex international geographies.
You are an expert in modern project management tools and data visualization platforms, including experience with systems like Primavera P6, EcoSys, or PowerBI.
You hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business, complemented by a deep understanding of project financial controllership.
You are skilled at balancing the "policing" requirements of corporate governance with a collaborative approach that empowers project teams to succeed.
You demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional global teams through digital transitions.
You are a strategic thinker who utilizes historical data and lessons learned to move an organization from lagging reporting to proactive, leading-indicator forecasting.
