We are currently seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as Head of Production Generators (k/m). This role will play a key part in leading and developing our production area, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth of our organization. The successful candidate will take ownership of this function, drive strategic improvements, and contribute to building a strong and future-ready production environment.

Job Description:

  • Managing and supervising the assigned production area;

  • Building a team from scratch and shaping its structure

  • Managing, motivating, and developing employees;

  • Creating and implementing procedures in the production area;

  • Creating and monitoring production performance standards;

  • Striving for continuous improvement in the quality of processes and products;

  • Improving the efficiency of production processes;

  • Implementing and leading activities to improve the production process;

  • Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety principles;

  • Creating and implementing the budget.

  • Managing production KPIs, including planning, continuous improvement, and manufacturing process optimization

Requirements:

  • A degree in a technical field, preferably in Production Engineering or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a production environment (automotive, electronics, or mechanical industry preferred)

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under time pressure

  • High level of accountability, commitment, and a proactive approach to responsibilities

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic, fast-changing industry environment

  • Very good command of English (knowledge of German will be considered an advantage)

  • Familiarity with SAP and a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
