About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product - Search to lead one of the most critical parts of our food delivery experience—helping users discover what they want. As the owner of the Gofood search experience, you will define the strategy and roadmap to evolve our search infrastructure, retrieval and ranking systems, query understanding, and discovery surfaces to optimize relevance, conversion, and speed. You will own both the consumer-facing UX and the underlying platform capabilities.
In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional product team of product managers, designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to solve complex search and discovery problems at scale. We’re seeking someone with extensive experience in search and recommendation systems building for consumer-facing platforms.
