The Opportunity

Step into a pivotal role at Hitachi Energy, where you’ll define and execute product marketing strategies for our High Voltage portfolio across the Americas. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create and implement regional product marketing growth plans aligned with global strategy.

  • Define and communicate product value propositions for the Americas market.

  • Set and achieve key targets for volume, pricing, and portfolio mix.

  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

  • Provide competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities.

  • Guide pricing strategies and transfer pricing for responsible product lines.

  • Build strong customer relationships and act as an escalation point for issues.

  • Coach and develop team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

  • Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.

  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

  • Experience in energy or industrial sectors is a plus.
