Make an impact
- Develop comprehensive New Product Development plans for an end-to-end product development lifecycle, from inception to mass production and beyond, ensuring seamless processes, innovative techniques and optimized resources allocation.
- Lead and develop a team of CAD/CAM Engineering and Master Model Engineering to ensure effective execution of product development phases from technical drawings to feasible master-model development, transform design data into manufacturable formats and maintain standardized documentation to support efficient mass production.
- Establish and optimize the master-model development process using additive manufacturing and innovative techniques, to ensure timely and seamless execution for subsequent production phases.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement by integrating stakeholders feedback and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of production processes, in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering background, ideally 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international corporate, practical exposure with operations environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques. Solid experience with technical 3D design software, preferably Rhinoceros or NX.
- Advanced English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
