The Discovery Tribe is part of the overall Sports Supertribe and is responsible for creating, intuitive, engaging and intelligent sportsbook experiences for our customers.
Reporting to the Director of Product - Discovery and Bet lifecycle you will work closely with peers in product, commercial, brand and tech to help define and deliver the product strategy, while also ensuring the team of Product Managers and Product Owners deliver superior, delightful, and engaging user experiences across all our product verticals.

A strong demonstratable product sense
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively to peers and senior executives
Experience delivering multi-platform web and mobile applications
3+ years in a leadership role managing a growth oriented product team
Have a strategic mindset, using insights and data to define direction that will set the pace for our industry and change the game for customers
Evidence of leading teams that have delivered a positive ROI and/or innovative products using design thinking with a track record of consistently improving product KPI’s through iterative delivery
