GENERAL FUNCTION:
Key leadership position responsible for all product and portfolio strategy delivery to drive revenue growth and profit across the Bankcard line of business. Position will have overall responsibility for achieving the annual line of business profit plan by leading the end-to-end execution and delivery of bankcard products and capabilities across the organization This role bridges product strategy, technology, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless, compliant, and scalable delivery of product initiatives. Develops long-term strategic growth delivery plans focusing on customers, competition, profitability, risk management, product life cycle, and service considerations. Works closely with business partners in developing enhancements, new product concepts, and bringing innovation to market. Manage staff responsible for executing the key line of business growth strategies. Evaluating and developing product delivery ecosystem modernization roadmap and building business cases to drive key capability investment decisions. This leader will oversee complex delivery programs including new product launches, platform migrations, portfolio integrations, and ongoing feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience goals.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
