To support this mission, we are looking for a Performance Marketing leader to be the technical engine behind our demand generation strategy!

Your team

You will join the Marketing department, which is divided into three teams: Performance Marketing, Engagement Marketing and Brand & PR. You will lead the Performance Marketing team, which is key to driving sustainable and profitable growth for the Group.

Your team consists of 6 specialists focused on our main channels: SEA, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliates, and will work closely with other departments such as Product and Data, among others. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Your role

As Head of Performance, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our entire demand generation engine, including paid and organic acquisition across our three brands and multiple European markets, delivering efficient and predictable customer acquisition.

As the go-to expert for all things performance marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the performance marketing strategy for HousingAnywhere Group (HousingAnywhere, Studapart, Kamernet), driving efficient and predictable user acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize the multi-million euro performance marketing budget across paid and organic channels, maximizing ROAS across all three brands.
  • Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
  • Own the group’s organic growth strategy, defining the global SEO roadmap together with Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
  • Lead analytics, attribution, and tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate measurement of channel performance and clear growth insights.
  • Drive experimentation and growth opportunities, leveraging automation, creative testing, new acquisition channels, and CRO improvements across the user journey.

Your profile

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys splitting their time between strategic planning and hands-on technical execution. In particular:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth, managing multi-million budgets across multiple channels and markets.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong B2C experience is required; experience in international two-sided marketplaces is a big plus.
  • Hands-on expertise in major paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a proven track record of scaling acquisition through paid and organic channels.
  • Deeply technical and hands-on: able to set up conversion tracking, debug pixel issues, work with SQL, build attribution models or API integrations, and optimize measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business impact.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a strong passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
