Flex has grown our core flexible rent consumer product/business by distributing it through our rapidly expanding network of property management company partners. This core business is growing extremely fast, and we’re ready to take our next swing. We are hiring a strategic and analytical Growth leader to build our direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, focused on growing adoption outside of our property network. Reporting to our CMO, you and your team will own and scale all performance marketing efforts across channels, with accountability to end to end conversion.
This is a high-impact and creative role requiring strong analytical expertise, deep performance marketing knowledge, and big-picture thinking. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that drive high-quality lead generation and optimize cost per acquisition.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or 2 days per week in our San Francisco Hub. For candidates outside of the NY/NJ/SF area, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base salary pay range will be $235,000-264,000.
