Your role
Strategic People & Organizational Development:
Translate business strategy into a forward-looking people and organizational development strategy that fosters a high-performance culture.
Design and execute global initiatives to support ZEISS and MED Agenda 2030.
Implement metrics and KPIs to measure and enhance organizational performance.
Talent & Leadership Development:
Take overall responsibility for the strategic deployment and continuous development of the global MED talent pipeline.
Partner with executive leaders to identify, develop, and retain talents across different leadership levels.
Support leaders and HR Business Managers in identifying skills gaps, defining career paths, and creating impactful development plans, leveraging modern learning and development methods.
Organizational Development & Transformation Drive:
M&A and reorganization projects with global leadership to enhance organizational performance and agility.
Identify critical competencies, capability gaps, and development opportunities at both organizational and individual levels to support sustainable high performance.
Lead strategic transformation initiatives, managing global stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
Cultivate a culture of speed and place the customer at the core of all organizational development initiatives to ensure agility and responsiveness to customer needs.
Leadership Partner & Coach Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the MED M1 management and leadership teams.
Provide executive leadership coaching and development support to enable professional growth and leadership excellence.
Act as a sounding board for senior leaders, supporting them in navigating complex organizational and people-related challenges to maintain a high-performance environment.
Global Collaboration Coordinate all people, talent, and organizational development activities across MED worldwide in close collaboration with local HR teams and the Global Functional Team
People & Organizational Development:
Ensure that the business needs and development priorities of MED are effectively represented in global concepts and programs to drive a high-performance organization.
Promote best practices and share knowledge across regions to foster a truely global organization.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a comparable field
Several of professional experience in strategic HR, people development, organizational development, talent management, change management, or consulting – ideally in an international environment
Strong business acumen combined with deep expertise in people and leadership development
Proven experience in designing and implementing global, business-oriented HR concepts and programs
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to drive complex transformation initiatives across functions and regions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
