As our business and geographic footprint expand, this role will strengthen and scale the core processes, policies, and operational foundation that support the employee experience. You will ensure that our people practices are consistent, compliant, efficient, and increasingly supported by AI-enabled tools. This role requires strong operational judgment, the ability to simplify complexity, and a passion for creating a seamless experience for employees and managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

The People Operations team is responsible for delivering a clear, reliable, and high-quality people experience at scale. We focus on building processes and guidance that help employees thrive, enable managers to lead confidently, and support the business as it grows across regions. We ensure compliance, drive process clarity, and create an environment where people can focus on meaningful work rather than navigating administrative friction.
