Incumbent Employee from a Client Transition
- Management and supervision of the PDS Porto operations, including architecture, project management and related services, and construction
- Management and monitoring of finances in terms of accruals, invoicing, and collection for the department’s operations in Porto, with the support of Business Support, for both clients and suppliers
- Management of operations and their profitability
- Quality management
- Monitoring the quality-of-service delivery to clients
- Team management
- Client management
- Support to the Business Development department in the development of commercial proposals
