1. Ensure that the standard of high-quality teaching, research, community development and other academic
activities within the department, aligned with BINUS Medical School Quality Management System, BINUS Medical School
Academic Quality Standard, DIKTI’s standard, Accreditation Body Standard, and continuously improved to reach
world-class standard
2. Promote excellence in the department’s contribution to university’s research & knowledge exchange, learning
& teaching and internationalization strategies
3. Ensure effective and efficient use of allocated resources to maximize the department’s contribution to the
university’s strategies
4. Provide day-to-day academic leadership for the Department
5. Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies that competitively improve the program
6. Ensure students will graduate on time with good employability skills
7. Coordinate department’s academic and operation activities and ensure related alignment
8. Promote research initiative to enrich the program standard
9. Increase the successful of global learning system implementation
10. Coordinate with other units, to promote the program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness
of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
11. Develop Faculty Members under the program to reach the highest level in terms of knowledge, formal
education degree, academic grade or profession recognition
12. Build strong and effective internal / external cooperation which support the overall objectives of Department
Management Support Activities :
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
