What You Will Lead & Achieve:
Own the Entire Modern Trade Channel: Take full accountability for the performance and strategic direction of Modern Trade, spanning National and Regional Key Accounts. You’ll be the driving force behind sales growth, category leadership and operational excellence.
Build Winning Channel Strategies: You will shape long-term channel strategy and translate it into action plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Drive Customer Business Development: Lead strategic engagement with major retailers to identify opportunities, co-create growth roadmaps and negotiate strong, mutually beneficial terms.
Build & Elevate Customer Relationships: Strengthen long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Become the trusted advisor who brings insights, opportunities and collaboration to the table.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales Ops and regional teams to drive perfect store excellence, execute NPD launches, optimize in‑store fundamentals, and build strong ROI‑backed business cases.
Champion Insights & Performance Tracking: Stay ahead of market dynamics by monitoring category, customer and competitive performance. You will guide the business using data-led insights and proactive issue resolution, ensuring execution stays sharp and future-ready.
Lead, Inspire & Grow High‑Performing Teams: You will head a strong team of Key Account Managers and Senior Associates creating a high‑performance & high‑engagement culture
What you’ll bring:
You’re someone who combines commercial excellence, strategic thinking, and a winning leadership mindset. To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a strong academic foundation.
At least 10 years of Modern Trade sales experience within FMCG and with a proven record of growth delivery.
Broad commercial exposure, with experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or international assignments considered a strong advantage.
A powerful drive for results, with a goal‑oriented mindset and exceptional customer collaboration skills.
Key leadership capabilities including strategic thinking, strong teamwork, the ability to influence across levels and functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound problem‑solving and decision‑making, and sharp analytical abilities.
A balanced approach to both operational and administrative responsibilities, including store visits and follow‑through checks.
A positive, growth‑oriented mindset, strong cultural values, and the ability to uplift and inspire others.
Self‑motivation, high integrity, and accountability in everything you do.
Strong digital proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel upcountry in domestic when are required
