About the role

Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure to power the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team to build the team, execute against our strategy, and position Whop as the Nike of entrepreneurship. You’ll be overseeing our existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program. The functions you’ll hire for are: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience.

This role will report to the CGO.

Scope:

  • Take over existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program
  • Hire & launch new functions: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience
  • Own all data within marketing
  • Report progress against strategy to leadership

Your first 90 days will look like the following:

  • Within 30 days, you will take over managing the existing team, begin executing against initiatives, and begin hiring.
  • Within 60 days, the top prioritized roles have started being filled.
  • Within 90 days, you’ve hired for all new roles listed above and are 100% ramped up managing day to day team ops + execution.
