THE ROLE
- Provides executive marketing leadership across multiple markets, ensuring strategic marketing execution aligns with global business priorities while driving local market impact.
- Leads transformation efforts, capability development, and regional marketing innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and execute the area-wide marketing vision, ensuring integration with global business strategy.
- Oversee multiple regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and best practice execution across affiliates.
- Lead regional marketing investment strategies, ensuring budgets are optimized for long-term growth.
- Influence business strategy at the regional level, integrating marketing as a key driver of commercial success.
- Ensure consistency in brand and marketing execution across affiliates, balancing standardization with market-specific flexibility.
- Drive transformation initiatives, ensuring the area’s marketing function is continuously innovating and evolving.
- Develop leadership talent within the marketing organization, ensuring teams are future-ready.
- Champion digital marketing excellence, ensuring marketing strategies leverage technology and data-driven insights.
- Ensure marketing compliance and risk mitigation at the regional level.
- Represent the area in global marketing discussions, shaping the direction of global marketing initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or biopharma sectors.
- Proven success leading regional or multi-country marketing teams at a senior level with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale marketing transformations, including digital innovation and organizational capability building.
- Deep understanding of the North American healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory, payer, and provider dynamics.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills.
- Ability to align global strategy with local market execution.
- Metrics-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance optimization.

The base pay for this position is
$216,700.00 – $433,300.00
