About the opportunity
The Head of Marketing provides senior‑level strategic and operational leadership across the full marketing function. Reporting to the GM Client Services and Marketing, this role owns the marketing budget and leads the development, implementation and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to organisational priorities.
With a strong commercial focus, the role ensures marketing remains closely connected to business needs, rapidly pivoting to support growth opportunities or address underperforming service streams. Responsible for driving customer acquisition and sustainable growth across the organisation, the Head of Marketing leads and develops two direct reports, holding accountability for performance, KPIs and outputs.
All marketing activity—spanning digital, campaigns, content, media and brand—is delivered in a cohesive, performance‑driven and agile manner, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
You’re a hands‑on senior marketing leader with end‑to‑end ownership of a complex marketing function, spanning strategy, digital performance, campaigns, customer acquisition and retention, media, brand governance and budget management. You bring a strong ability to deliver integrated, data‑driven and person‑centred marketing that aligns tightly with organisational priorities.
You have proven experience leading and developing marketing specialists, driving high‑quality outputs, KPI achievement and agile delivery across all channels. As the single point of accountability for digital presence, campaign performance, creative quality and marketing governance, you excel at cross‑stream coordination and stakeholder engagement.
You work closely with executive leaders to ensure key initiatives, milestones and service launches are supported by timely, fit‑for‑purpose marketing—whether focused on growth, conversion, brand building or celebration. Commercially astute and operationally responsive, you can quickly shift marketing focus to support underperforming service streams, optimise acquisition and match demand with capacity, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
7+ years’ experience in marketing leadership, including managing specialist teams.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies in complex or multi‑service organisations.
Strong capability in performance marketing, acquisition, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
Prior experience managing creative development, media planning and brand strategy.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and drive measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Confident influencing at senior levels.
