About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who is a true full-stack marketer. You will work with leadership to set the strategy, lead and mentor a hard-working team, and roll up your sleeves to execute. You thrive on building, iterating, and using data to drive informed decisions. From lead generation activities or paid campaigns to customer marketing or website optimization, you’re equally comfortable thinking big picture as much as you are diving into the details.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Set the vision for lead generation by guiding the team on targeting, segmentation, and campaign priorities, while ensuring alignment with Sales.
- Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new product launches and key product updates.
- Build and scale a customer marketing program that drives retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Optimize website performance to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Deeply understand the personas for the outbound sales use cases and oversee the creation of sales enablement materials, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and other content that communicates the value of our products.
- Develop a video production capability, overseeing creation of client stories, product launches, brand and culture videos to support awareness and engagement across channels.
- Keep a pulse on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing, and growth strategies to ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience managing a marketing team, leading and scaling product marketing, customer marketing and lead generation.
- An execution-oriented mindset. You roll up your sleeves, make things happen, and push projects across the finish line.
- Solid understanding of B2B markets, with the ability to translate complex product features into meaningful customer benefits.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and basic website management/development. A working knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing operations, database management, and Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
