Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing and annual business planning
- Execute Go-to-Market strategies and customer-focused campaigns
- Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, events, and social media
- Drive internal communication and employee engagement programs
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and business analytics
- Manage marketing operations, automation tools, and the division’s marketing budget
Key KPIs:
- Market share and funnel acceleration
- Campaign ROI and brand visibility
- Lead generation effectiveness and event impact
- Internal engagement and communication metrics
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Strategy; science or engineering background preferred
- 7+ years of experience in B2B/tech/life sciences marketing
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MarTech tools like Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
