As Head of Market Access Benelux, you are accountable for the strategic direction, coordination and overall performance of Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement activities across the Benelux region for the full CSL portfolio.
Your primary focus is on leadership, orchestration and capability development, enabling a skilled team of Market Access professionals to independently manage the majority of operational execution. At the same time, you remain selectively operationally involved in high‑impact or complex topics, such as strategic negotiations, critical HTA dossiers, escalations or key stakeholder interactions. You act as a key interface between local execution and global functional priorities, ensuring strong alignment, quality of execution and continuous development of market access capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Oversight
Define and steer the Benelux Market Access and Pricing strategy in alignment with global and European frameworks.
Ensure timely, sustainable reimbursement and optimal patient access across NL, BE and LU.
Provide strategic governance and oversight, while engaging operationally where required for complex or business‑critical initiatives.
Pricing, Reimbursement & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide strategic leadership and guidance on reimbursement pathways with authorities such as ZIN/VWS (NL), RIZIV/FAGG (BE) and CNS (LU).
Remain operationally involved in selected high‑impact dossiers, key negotiations or critical HTA procedures.
Maintain senior‑level relationships with payers, policy makers and other key external stakeholders.
Support the development and shaping of managed entry agreements and innovative access models.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop the Benelux Market Access team through clear direction, prioritization and coaching, rather than routine hands‑on execution.
Empower Market Access Managers and specialists to own and execute reimbursement, HTA and pricing activities independently.
Act as coach and mentor, actively supporting capability building in areas such as HTA excellence, pricing strategy, negotiations and policy engagement.
Drive performance management, feedback and talent development in close collaboration with global functional leaders and HR.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous learning.
Matrix Coordination
Orchestrate collaboration across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance and Global Market Access.
Balance regional business needs with global priorities within a complex matrix organization.
Act as escalation point for strategic, organizational or prioritization challenges.
Tasks:
Define and steer the Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement strategy across the Benelux region (NL/BE/LU)
Coordinate and prioritize Market Access activities within the Benelux and the global matrix organization

Quaifications:
Degree in health sciences, pharmacy, economics, life sciences or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Market Access, including several years in a senior or leadership role.
