This role sets the overall direction both strategically and financially and ensures economic and cultural alignment between local activities and corporate directions, goals, priorities and strategies of the respective business group. He or she communicates corporate business group goals and strategies and bears responsibility for acting as the ambassador and primary guarantor of customer and employee satisfaction. In order to achieve strategic goals as well as planned revenue and profit targets, in agreement with the VP Sales in HQ he or she takes responsibility for developing product positioning, branding, promotional and sales strategies for the country/ territory of responsibility, identifying new business opportunities and managing and developing sales and marketing staff.
University degree in a technical, business management or product related field or graduation from a higher institution, or equivalent
Ideally knowledge and experience in the electronics / mechanical manufacturing industry
Experience in working in matrix organizations. From a multi-national company is preferred
3-5 years experience in leadership

Economical knowledge (study, MBA)

Good English skills both in oral and written
