The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers. Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.
Within EverPro, the Invoicing vertical focuses on financial management and payments for small service businesses through our flagship products Invoice Simple and Joist. As the market leader, Invoice Simple is a core PLG SaaS product serving a broad base of small businesses globally. This role exists to ensure Invoice Simple continues to grow efficiently, delivers strong customer outcomes, and remains strategically aligned with the EverPro portfolio where appropriate.
Position Summary:
The Head of Invoice Simple is the senior leader accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and execution of the Invoice Simple product. Reporting to the GM, this role operates as the senior leader for Invoice Simple, with end-to-end responsibility for product direction, growth, and business outcomes.
The Head of Invoice Simple leads through influence and coordination across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and execution while maintaining accountability for business-level results.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Ownership & Performance
Own the overall performance of Invoice Simple, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.
Be accountable for business-level outcomes and trade-offs, focusing resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
Partner with Planning & Insights to set targets, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed.
Product-led Growth Leadership
Define and evolve the product and growth strategy for Invoice Simple in partnership with Marketing, Product and Engineering.
Ensure product-led growth principles are applied across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion.
Work closely with the Head of SaaS Growth to align with broader PLG strategy while addressing Invoice Simple–specific needs.
Cross-Functional Execution
Align Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support around a clear execution plan.
Work closely with the Head of Payments Growth to align with broader Payments strategy while addressing Invoice Simple–specific needs.
Provide clarity on priorities and sequencing to drive effective execution without direct line management.
Act as the decision-maker for cross-functional trade-offs impacting the Invoice Simple business.
Portfolio & Platform Alignment
Align Invoice Simple with the EverPro portfolio and Payments initiatives where it creates customer or business value.
Identify opportunities for shared capabilities while maintaining appropriate product autonomy.
Leadership Communication
Communicate clearly with senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Present a concise, data-informed view of the health and trajectory of the Invoice Simple business.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles, with ownership of business-level outcomes.
Proven experience leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
Strong understanding of product-led growth and subscription SaaS economics.
Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, and Customer teams.
Experience setting strategy, making trade-offs, and driving execution without direct line management of all contributors.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with comfort using data to guide priorities and assess performance.
Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing outcomes.
BS/BA required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada or the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
