OKX is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Officer to build and manage a high-quality investor communications program for one of the world’s leading digital asset companies. This role will shape how OKX’s strategy, financial performance, technology, and regulatory posture are communicated to private-market investors, strategic partners, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings strong capital markets fluency, exceptional communication skills, and experience operating in high-growth, technology-driven companies. This is an opportunity to help define OKX’s narrative at a pivotal moment for both the company and the digital assets industry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build out key deliverables such as pitch decks, financial updates and other tools that will form the basis for investor engagement.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on investor sentiment, private capital markets dynamics, crypto-market trends, and competitor positioning (exchanges, brokers, fintechs, and blockchain infrastructure firms).
  • Analyze peer performance, market activity, macro trends, and regulatory developments to inform OKX’s investor messaging and executive decision-making.
  • Manage a structured calendar of investor meetings, private roadshows, partnership discussions, and small-group briefings.
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, Legal, Comms, Product, and Compliance to ensure information consistency, accuracy, alignment, and brand integrity across all external-facing materials.
  • Support private capital planning efforts, including valuation work, and investor targeting.
  • Track investor feedback, market sentiment, competitive intel, and narrative risks, producing concise updates for leadership and the Board.
  • Build and maintain OKX’s investor communications infrastructure (data rooms, KPIs, reporting templates, distribution lists, and analytics).
  • Ensure disciplined messaging, consistent KPI frameworks, and investor-grade reporting standards suitable for a leading global private company.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • 12+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, strategy, capital markets or consulting, ideally in financial services, fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology businesses.
  • Strong understanding of the internal operating models of scaling businesses, financial markets, valuation methods, exchange economics, and the global regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify technical, financial, and regulatory topics for sophisticated private investors.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; highly polished and executive-ready.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with institutional investors, strategic stakeholders, and partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running tight cadences for materials, reporting, and meetings.
  • Deep interest in technology, markets, crypto, and the evolving global market structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environments is preferred.
