About the Role
Lead the investment business specialist excellence and customer engagement through high-impact insurance sales and pension business support and client relationship management.
Oversee holistic insurance-wealth planning and recommendation of customer/client portfolio position while fostering cross-functional alignment across sales, corporate solutions, product, compliance, and operations.
Champion service governance and talent development initiatives to build high-performing teams and deliver a superior, client-centric experience that strengthens trust and drives sustainable growth.
Strategic & Market Intelligence
- Drive Market Intelligence for Competitive Advantage: lead analysis of macroeconomic indicators, capital markets, and competitor strategies to anticipate trends impacting ILPs/ULIPs and long- term saving insurance product positioning.
- Transform Insights into Business Growth: develop actionable recommendation and insights from Group Investment. Center of Excellence to shape product development, empower distribution teams, and enhance engagement with high-net-worth clients.
- Optimize Portfolio Strategy and Risk Governance: Translate market and macroeconomic developments into tailored advisory opportunities, leveraging advanced portfolio analytics, asset allocation strategies, and robust risk-compliance frameworks to optimize customer/client potential fund growth.
Sales support & Customer Advisory
- Develop High-Impact Advisory Capability: lead and develop investment specialists to strengthen advisory excellence, enabling support to the salesforce to acquire, manage, and grow high-value portfolios in HNW and priority segments.
- Drive Growth Strategy and Performance Alignment: set target KPIs, conduct progress reviews, and influence cross-functional priorities across sales, corporate solution, product, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Champion Customer/Client-Centric Solutions and Relationship
Management: build trusted relationships with agents and elite PBLCs through understanding of their client’s financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth objectives (e.g., retirement, protection) and provide holistic wealth advisory leveraging expertise in insurance-linked or traditional products and corporate pension fund solutions.
Customer Service Governance
- Define Service Excellence Framework: establish enterprise-level investment business specialist service standards and escalation protocols to ensure swift resolution of complex investment related inquiries, enhancing customer trust and experience.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment for Operational Impact: collaborate with senior leaders across sales, corporate solution, product, compliance, and operations to identify and close service delivery gaps, ensuring seamless execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
People Leadership
- Build Leadership Capability and Performance Culture: recruit, develop, and coach high-performing investment business specialist teams by setting clear KPIs, providing continuous feedback, and fostering a customer-centric, results-driven culture that aligns with organizational goals.
Drive Organizational Excellence Through People Strategy
- Champion talent development and engagement initiatives that strengthen team capability, enhance motivation, and position the function as a strategic enabler of business growth.
